Imperial Beach's prohibition on Plastic Food Packaging and Other Plastic Materials (Municipal Code Chapter 16.16) requires all restaurants, and special events within the City to use non-foam, non-plastic food service water for both dine-in and takeout. Ask your current supplier about their products that meet the City's new requirements.
