Jack Fisher serves as a Councilmember for District 2 for the City of Imperial Beach.
Career
Jack has been the primary City Council representative for South County Economic Development Council. He is the alternate representative for the Chamber of Commerce and Job Corps. He currently serves as a City Council representative to the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) Board (primary), as a representative for Metro Wastewater Commission/JPA (alternate) and San Diego Community Power JPA (alternate).
Priorities
Fisher's main three priorities are:
- Maintaining public safety for the future of all residents
- Engaging residents in the decision-making process
- Fostering a more business-friendly environment at City Hall.

I love the City of Imperial Beach and have lived here since 1976. I attended Bayside Elementary, Mar Vista Jr. High, and Mar Vista High School. I have been a Chef for the past 25 years. My wife Judi and I have been married since 1993; we have five wonderful children, and for the last 17 years we have lived in the heart of District 2. My main hobby is working on vintage Volkswagens.
